I have copied it and put it in my Bible and also gave a copy to a friend of mine who loves to read all types of books but thought the Bible was boring. I told her she could read it all in just one book.

It can make the weak strong, the sick healed, and the despised loved.
It can make a rich man poor and a poor man rich.

I learned a ton from this lesson. I am very anxious to read more. I have learned so much history that I did not know about. I did not go to church often as a child or even now, but I always wanted to learn more. My parents left the decision up to me. I tried reading the bible, but I found some areas hard to learn if someone doesn't break it down into sections as you have. This course is great and I look forward to moving on with it.
I learned allot more than I did on how the bible was written, and how the scrolls that were found were proof that the bible has always existed, with the same rules and same teachings that have been taught from generation to generation.
I had not heard about the ancient copies that have been found or the approx. dates they were written. Most of this lesson was using scripture that I am familiar with, which is also good to study familiar scripture too. It is a good reminder of what the word says in these areas.
From the Introductory Lesson, I learned the history of the Bible and putting my heart and might back to the Lord. I have been away and am back to eagerly learn more and to praise the Lord the best way I know how.
I learned the different verses that "backup" the Bible and its authenticity by seeing the Scriptures that prove it was written by God through man.
I learned why the other books were not in the Bible I always wondered about that now I know why.
I never new the story about the little boy and the dead sea scrolls. Also what I have read about BBS. I am sure I will enjoy this Bible study course, and I do intend to tell my brothers and sisters in Christ about your study course.
I learned that the word of God is timeless. It has survived time and history. Its meaning is as important today as when it was written.
I have learned that the Bible is an inspired book that God himself brought together. I have learned that the Bible has answers to all the questions of life. I have learned that God so planned the bible that He never allowed books like the apocrypha to be joined to the Bible.
I have learned much from this first lesson. For example, the origins of the Bible and its writers and much more. But I was particularly interested in the portion about the dead sea scrolls and how as recently as 1947 they were found and contained writings that were so accurate with the word we have today especially the book of Isaiah.
Throughout the study of this Introductory Lesson, I have learned about the origin of the Bible. Who wrote the books. Who inspired the men who wrote the books. In how many different testaments it is divided. How we get the Old and the New Testament. Why others books are not included in the Bible. About all the different versions of the Bible today.
I learn that the bible is written by men inspired by God and it is supported by historical proofs. I also learn that Bible is like a person through whom my questions can be answered.
It [the Introductory Lesson] was very interesting, and made me want to learn more.

I liked the "If the Bible was a Person" part of the lesson. It was well written and easy to understand. Plus it showed me that the Bible answers my questions. You just have to know where to look!
