1. Read God's Team Goal is Holiness - Teams in this world have goals. God’s team goal is holiness. We seek a holy God. We seek a holy life. Does your Christianity separate you from anything? It must or else you are not a Christian.

2. Read God's Team Has an Opponent of Holiness - Teams in this world have opponents, challengers who try to defeat the team’s purpose. If he can, our adversary the devil will try to deceive us in every way of life, especially in our life and walk with God. Knowing the devil is trying to get us to follow lies since lying is his nature, we can be on our guard against him every day. Consider your enemy!

3. Read God Equips His Team to Win Through Holiness - Teams in this world have equipment, things that are used by the team to perform. When we are converted to the Lord Jesus, we not only gain salvation, but we gain the Holy Spirit. This Holy Spirit is greater than anything in this world, and comes to live within our hearts. He is the Spirit of truth, which is exactly the equipment we need to battle against our enemy of lies, the devil. God knew we needed truth to win, so He sent the Holy Spirit of truth within our hearts, and He also gave us the written word of truth, through Jesus Christ our Lord. Put on the full armor of God!

4. Read God's Team Must Stay in the League of Holiness - Members of God's team must perfect [mature] holiness [separation] in their relationships. Prevent yourself from getting into binding agreements with unbelievers. Separate yourself from any unholy relationships with unbelievers or believers.

5. Read God's Team Must Wear Holy Uniforms - Understand the kind of uniform that God wants you to wear. Wear Christ as your uniform. Put on your wedding clothes. Clothe yourself with righteous acts. Wear godly vs. worldly uniforms. Wear gender specific uniforms. Women, wear the head covering.

6. Read God's Team Must Talk Holy - Enrich your speech. Consider the seriousness of misusing God's name. Avoid direct & indirect misuse of God’s names. Avoid direct & indirect foul language. Don't play the fool! Instead be a joy.
