Broken tools are things that many would believe to be no longer useful. People might throw them away. They have no strength to perform their original intended purpose. Some tools are not just broken a little, but completely broken.
Our weaknesses and sufferings can break us to the point of feeling no longer useful and filled with hopelessness. We are weak and suffering. We become like broken tools. Many would turn their backs on us. Many would consider us worthless, unsuccessful, or plagued. We might even be avoided. We might think we really are hopeless. Yet, God uses broken tools for a valuable purpose, to build His church. He frames, molds, and assembles His holy nation based on the good things that come from a suffering life.
In this course you will find reasons to hope. You will find noble answers that can satisfy. You will find the purpose of our suffering humanity.
